Hadn’t heard about this case. Of course if libraries do begin to stream educational videos, then publishers will just raise the prices, making the DVD’s less affordable for libraries who don’t have the technology to stream. Oh well, we learn the lesson that much of information isn’t exactly free in a market economy.
